Abstract: This article describes the results ofthe research on determination of activity and sorption capacity of modified zeolites. Activation processes of sorbents were compared including thermal dehydration and ion-plasma treatment of zeolites. Mineralogical composition of investigated zeolites as well as the results of ion-plasma treatment on the structure of natural zeolites are presented. The obtained results have shown high effectiveness of ion-plasma treatmentof sorbents compared with thermal treatment method.

Abstract: The article considers contemporary methods and especially recycling of wood waste. The volume of wood waste is constantly growing due to the increase in the number of buildings subject to demolition or dismantling, reconstruction and repair works. The article contains the main requirements to the raw material derived from waste. Advantages of products made from wood-polymer composite materials on physic mechanical parameters. The comparative characteristic of cost for the production of wood-polymer plastic. It is noted that production made from wood polymer composite materials has unlimited product range, including boards, various profiled molded and moulded details with complicated shape (the board for the floor, skirting board, baguette, etc).

Abstract: Found that Organophosphorus Compounds Reduce the Flammability of Resol Phenoplast Foams. Quality Improves Thermal Insulation Materials, the Use of such Phenolicfoam. Analysis of Using the Heat-Insulating Materialsindicates that Heat Insulation Made with Filling Phenol Foam Plastics Havinglow Heat-Conductivity and Relatively Low Cost of Raw Materials is Superior Bytheir Technical and Economic Performance to Mineral and other Polymericheat-Insulating Materials. Meanwhile, Relatively Low Strength and Smolderingpropensity of Resole Foam Phenol Plastics, as well as Excessive Fumes Duringthe Production Process of Heat-Insulating Materials on their Base, Containwider Usage of Phenol Foam Plastics in Building.
