Abstract: There are not a effective method to describe the distribution rule of shielding effectiveness for electromagnetic shielding clothing at present. A new analysis method of shielding effectiveness (SE) based on NURBS curve is proposed in this paper. With this method, the SE of the local clothing can be fitted with curve to observe the distribution rule. First, a design method of testing points on local clothing is given. Secondly, some concrete functions and program steps of curve fitting are listed. Finially, distribution image of shielding effectiveness on arm position is drew by some experiments. The results show that this algorithm can draw the 3D SE distribution image of local clothing is more correct and can show the distribution rule of electromagnetic wave in local human body.

Abstract: Aiming at lack of effective algorithm for image gray feature wave analysis, this paper proposes a new local extreme extraction for image gray feature, which can establish full information of image feature wave for continue analysis. Firstly, the definition of image gray feature wave is given. Secondly, methods of local extreme extraction of feature wave are detail described, and specific calculation formulas are given. Finally, some examples of local extreme extraction of different fabric images are listed. Results show that this method is fast and easy, can exactly judge local extreme of feature wave, and lay a good foundation of data for continue image analysis and recognition.

Abstract: Aiming at time-consuming and ineffective problem of image window division in fabric defect detection, this paper proposes a new adaptive division method after a large number of experiments. This method can quickly and exactly recognize defect feature. Firstly, a division model on adaptive window is established, secondly, the formula to anticipate generally situation of fabric image is given according to the peaks and valleys change in the model, and methods to calculate the division size and position of adaptive window are given. Finally, we conclude that the algorithm in this paper can quickly and simply select the size and position of window division according to actual situation of different fabric images, and the time of image analysis is shortened and the recognition efficiency is improved.

Abstract: Aiming to the problem of low computing speed of existing model of fabric characteristic, this paper introduces pre-judgment to improve the speed of image analysis by fabric characteristic model, and constructs gray distribution wave model to quickly estimate image. First, image gray is taken. Then, horizontal and vertical gray distribution wave is established using superposition formula with little computation to further simply model and made the computation speed fast. Finally, from a number of experiments, this model has such features that image can be pre-estimated exactly and continue recognition algorithm can be instructed to leap over some normal regions. So analysis times of image are saved and on-line recognition efficiency of fabric defects is improved.

Abstract: Aiming at current environmental condition of energy shortage and excessive emission, this paper presents the development of solar energy clothing on human comfort. In this clothing, solar flexible materials are made into appropriate part of garment. In ensuring the comfort of human, this garment can accumulate solar energy, safely output stable current. So this clothing has the function of providing power. After a number of experiments and analysis, this clothing is proved that it has convenient, practical, favorable environment, and comfort for human.

Abstract: Aaccording to the cases that the synthetic quality evaluation system for fabric is not reasonable at present, a new synthetic quality evaluation system for fabric on fuzzy theory is proposed. This new evaluation system is made of foundation layer, evaluating layer and result layer. In foundation layer, the quality standard model and evaluating data model based on multi-indexes are proposed, and the calculation method of each index value in these models is given. In evaluating layer, according to the problem that the result of existing closeness algorithm has greatly repeated, a new evaluation algorithm is proposed. In result layer, two formulas which are continuous result and discrete result are given. Also the accuracy and rationality of this evaluation system is validated by some examples in this paper, and the effect of evaluation result by the primary-secondary indexes, the significance of closeness, the expansibility of model, the accuracy of system and the application method are made analysis. At last, the conclusion shows that this system can make the synthetic evaluation for fabric quality rationally and accurately.
