Abstract: There is tight relation between innovation and quality competitiveness which is discussed in this paper. Nowadays we attach importance to improving product quality under the international economic integration situation. In this paper we present and discuss the innovation how to enhance quality competiveness of new products. Then it is analyzed how innovation has effect on product quality competitiveness and how the contribution rate is calculated making use of mathematical tools. At the same time, the necessity and feasibility of sifting innovation is also explained according to the product-forming process. To sum up according to the study on product quality competitiveness based on innovation, it should be greatly practical, strategic and economic significance for enterprises to set up a system of product innovation management oriented quality.

Abstract: The research in this paper is based seeks to understand how manufacturing companies can accomplish of their projects in the real time with less cost. This paper describes a new model using critical success factors of implementing projects in the small and medium size enterprises (SMEs). The factors in conceptual model were identified in past studies and validate from the survey by interview with 20 project management in electronic industries in Iran. Several prior researches have suggested some critical success factors for reducing time and cost in new product. These factors are departments of product, planning, procurement and design. However, none of these studies has proposed a model that specifies practices that should be undertaken to facilitate the progression to reduce time and cost in new product in SMEs. Following this, a development of a new model is supposed important to help SMEs understand what is required in order to be an effective global organization in terms of reduce time and cost by electronic collaboration (E-collaboration) through project management.

Abstract: Stress-strain is commonly used in engineering; however the real stress-strain is more used in the test and exploitation of new product. ANSYS finite element software is adopted in this study, stress-strain of the tensile sample of the sheet in different stage is calculated under the 10mm displacement load, stress-strain curve is obtained, and the engineering and the real stress-strain are analyzed. The results show that simulation data are in accordance with the measured ones, the error is less than 3%, which proves that the model is the rational.

Abstract: The new product development process of enterprises can not be separated from innovation, new product development process of enterprise need for effective management. Consumer tastes, competition and rapid technological change, businesses must continue to develop new products and services to meet consumer demand. New product development strategy of many strategies to be adopted by enterprises in accordance with the actual situation, according to the market environment and each practicality of the strategy, operational, and other serious, careful choices. In this article, it expounds the meaning of innovation and new product development, focuses on analyzing the new product development in the whole process of how to innovate and discussing how the use of innovative new product development theory of management and new product development strategy.
