Abstract: In this paper, a dynamics model of flywheel rotor - support system is build. Obtained the dynamic characteristics of the flywheel rotor by finite element method .The results indicate that the rotor system is stability and security. This provides the basis for the subsequent optimization of flywheel rotor.

Abstract: This paper describes a comparison case study devised to quantify the effect of spindle on dynamic performance and surface quality of a vertical machine center. Measurements are performed to evaluate the: (1) spindle thermal growth using infrared temperature measurement instrument; (2) idling vibration of the spindle at different speeds using the laser interferometer; (3) transfer dynamic stiffness of the spindle using LMS; (4) machining surface quality using surface roughometer. The integrated effect of the spindle assembly process on the above performances has been identified. A detailed comparative analysis of the surface quality showed that the accuracy loss of the vibration induced by the machining force and the unbalance of the spindle system is dominant for the machine tool selected for this study.

Abstract: According to structural characteristics of blanket cylinder in the three-point suspended independent and dependent impression mechanism in offset, the 3D solid finite element model was established using ANSYS under hypothetical conditions by finite element model method. The intial five order model and the corresponding critical speed is gotten by the Block Lanczos characteristic value method. The calculation result shows that the maximum offset speed is less than first-order model critical speed, resonance can be avoided to meet printing quality requirements. The method is of highly significant in verifying reliability of blanket cylinder structure, forecasting response characteristic in certain circumstances in order to avoiding resonance and noise which cause mechanical defect.

Abstract: According to the formula of the resistance to internal pressure, the main factors of the strength of the beer bottles are analyzed. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, PET beer bottles damaged boundary conditions are determined. PET beer bottle model is established, and have the stress analysis. The internal pressure and the bottle top pressure are applied on PET beer bottles. PET beer bottles strain is analyzed in two loads with different thickness and different bottle diameter. Thickness and bottle diameter influence of the mechanical properties of PET beer bottles are obtained. It provides a method and basis of the structure to optimize the design of PET beer bottles.

Abstract: By means of considering improved Lundberg-Palmgren (L-P) fatigue life theory and rollers and other comprehensive factors, a model of fatigue life is setup for eccentric double row cylindrical roller bearing under rotation. On this basis, the calculation flow chart is given and the fatigue life is calculated. Then come to the conclusions that the fatigue life of bearing is influenced by radial load, rotating speed, radial clearance.

Abstract: In order to learn more about the working performance and dynamic characteristics of it, a new die-cutting experimental platform drove by gas-liquid pressurization system. To use the AMESim software simulates and analyzes this platform. The simulation results showed the velocity, output force and displacement of gas-liquid pressurization system. The output force of this system can meet the requirement of die-cutting press, and two stages of the velocity remain relatively stable as it moved. The operating characteristic analysis of die-cutting experimental table not only contributes to knowing about its running state, but also provides the basis for designing the die-cutting machine driven by the gas-liquid pressure cylinder.

Abstract: In order to improve the spine tape folding precision of GMS-7 type spine taping machine and reduce the labor intensity, this paper researched the principle of the spine tape folding process.Through analysis and calculation, the relation curve between folding angle and the advancing distance of paper tape is obtained, therefore, achieved is the free form feature of plow shaped guideways that provides the method to brush the paper tape on the spine of promissory note with glue smoothly.

Abstract: For the tunnel section in symmetric structure, it can be analyzed only with half of the tunnel structure. Take the left side of the tunnel which is made up of five arcs tangent with adjacent ones. The method of intelligent direct back analysis based on evolution search is drawing more and more attention. Artificial intelligence imitates the jungle law in the process of organic evolution. It puts the concept of duplication, hybridization, variation etc. in the process of calculation, through the construction of the primitive collection of solution and further operation, tries to reach the optimal best solution. This method shows great power in dealing with the complex relations of identification, expression and disposal.

Abstract: With elliptic gear as the leading mechanism of Geneva mechanism, the angular acceleration was reduced to decrease the impact of the entering and quitting of geneva. Various factors affecting the angular acceleration were analyzed, and choices of appropriate parameters for the decrease of angular acceleration was discussed.
